Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 1, 2026. These terms govern the digital architecture collaboration and code handoff processes between PrimeBit Builds and our partnering startup brands.
1. Collaborative Scope
PrimeBit Builds provides high-end front-end web engineering, full-stack container builds, and database mapping options. All exact scope criteria, engineering delivery items, and timeline roadmaps are defined inside respective customized project briefings approved by both parties.
2. IP & Handoff Ownership
Upon clear full settlement of the project budget outlined in the accepted brief, all custom product design details, code files, databases, SVG blueprints, and production scripts belong exclusively to the client. We do not place developer liens on code components handed over.
3. Service Dependencies & Maintenance
Our builds utilize major production environments (such as Node.js, Next.js, Cloud Run, Vercel, Firebase). While we configure all system architecture dynamically with pristine precision, subsequent ongoing third-party server hosting renewals remain the client's direct operational responsibility.
4. Disclaimers
All engineering works are delivered under extensive automated and manual evaluation testing. We provide a post-launch maintenance buffer cycle of 30 days. Beyond this window, we do not accept prospective liabilities regarding unexpected changes in third-party API configurations or platform updates.
